Marquis Art & Frame @ the Laundry
The Restoration
Constructed in the 1920's, the Casey Laundry building served as an ancillary services annex for the Historic Hotel Casey. Through the years, workers filled this 15,000 square foot building daily from 1925 to 1982, when the hotel closed. The Casey Laundry building is the only remaining structure still standing from the historic Hotel Casey complex.
In 2003 the 5-story building was refurbished by Ken Marquis. Today, the Laundry houses Marquis Art & Frame, Outrageous and the Center Street Coffee House.
